Disappearing HUD In Hand Replayer

I've been creating a Tournament HUD, and while everything was working fine at one point, when I looked to change colour ranges for one stat it caused the player stats to disappear but the Table stats to remain. Now I can't fix it. But it only happens with some HUD profiles....

Let me show you with some screen shots. First up is the 'Tournament - Default' HUD which is fine:

But when I switch to the 'Tournament - Professional' HUD it only displays the table stats:

Note that I've never I've never edited the Professional HUD in the slightest and it was showing before hand.

I've already tried trashing the Layouts.pt4 file, and I also tried temporarily removing the HudProfiles.pt4 file but this has now removed my custom profiles, and putting the files back doesn't bring those profiles back.

What is going on, and what else can I try?

As an addition, this software is now not letting me import HUD's or save any new HUD's. Everything I want to do with this software in the past year I've had to get support for, and right now it's stopping me from playing. It's not like I have an unlimited amount of time to play, so I rely on your software working at all times. For the past eight months I've had problem after problem

The first screenshot doesn't have normal stat data - it's only showing the Hud because of the live stat showing the stack sizes. The 'professional' Hud doesn't have that stat, so if there is no data to show then the Hud won't appear at all.

Without seeing your logs I can't say for sure why you have no data - it's possible it's the first hand of a tournament and you have the 'stats from time of hand' option enabled, or you could have tournament stack filters enabled and not have any previous hands at those stack sizes.
It's also possible that your cache needs to be rebuilt.
If your database isn't too big you could try rebuilding the cache (via Database > Database Management) but if you open a Support Ticket and report your problem we'll check your logs and see what is going on.

The cache rebuild allowed me to import HUD's again, but I'm still seeing no player HUD on Tournament tables. I'll have to raise another support ticket.
