I've been playing a lot of the Jackpot SNG's on FTP lately and have noticed that not all my results are showing up in my results tournament page. It currently says I'm up $31 over 43 tournaments, but I know it isn't showing some results, mainly a few tournaments lately where I didn't cash.

Has anyone else had a similar issue? I more than half suspect that FTP isn't writing out the summaries because I'm not seeing any errors in the View Import Status and I re-ran the import over the processed directory. (I know at one point that it doesn't write them out if you finish 3rd and close the table, but I've been pretty good about not closing them of late...).

Anyway, I have no evidence one way or the other and will look into it more later...

PT4 does need the summary file to import results information for Full Tilt so it's worth checking whether you have them for a few specific tournaments where you don't see results in PT4. If you have tournaments where you have both hand history and summary and PT4 doesn't have results please attach those files to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate for you.

Found that they were mis-detected as something else (usually MTT and not STT (3 max)).

I've opened a support case and attached the files for the SNG's that were mis-detected.
