HUD not showing up on 888 tables after update

It was working just fine, until i updated 888 software. Hands are being both saved and tracked. HUD is working fine on other room's tables.

Please check the Hud Troubleshooting Guide for solutions to common issues - sometimes a software update can change a site's options. We've seen a few reports recently of 888 hands being written incorrectly (and that a reinstall of 888 can fix that) but if you're sure your hands are importing then that won't be the issue.

The guide also has a link to how to report your problem if it doesn't help.

Then please follow the same advice as above -- we don't have any known issues with 888 like you are describing at this time.

Same here. Everything was working fine and the 888 update made the HUD stop working. Stars and FTP are fine. 888 hands are being imported and tables recognized but the HUD does not show.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

If you're playing tournaments then we are aware of the issue and the development team are working on the fix. Please do still open a ticket so that we can link you into our system and send you a notification when the fix is released.
