Hi All,
Do you know if PT4 was tested vs the UK version of the PokerStars clients, that are mandatory to use in the UK since yesterday afternoon? For starts, PT4 can't recognise the HandHistory and TournSummary folders and I get a "PokerStars is not configured to save hand histories to disk" warning even if it *is* and I manually set the folders (I think) correctly in Import Configuration > PokerStars Configuration.

Oddly enough, the HUD appears to work anyway btw, so perhaps PT4 *is* finding the folders. Confusing.

G.

The automated detection isn't functioning but as long as it's configured properly it will work. We will be updating the automated detection for a future release.

Can you please advise, step by step, how to setup manually for OS x on Pokerstars UK?

Haven't had use of PT4 for a few days now and any attempts to configure so far have failed.

Many thanks,
neo

Go into PokerStars. Click Options -> Hand History Options. Make sure the "Save My Hands History" box is checked. Make a note of where the hands are saved. Make sure the language is English (and the language for playing in should be English as well). Click Options -> Tournament Summary Options and make sure "Save My Tournament Summaries" box is checked as well. Make a note where the summaries are saving.

Go into PT4. Click Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars. Click Add. Choose the first of the folders you made a note of and click OK. Click Add and add the other one - so you'll have two lines, one with the hand history folder and one with the tournament summary folder.

Click OK.

Click Get Hands While Playing.
