Not able to open exported hand history !

Postby dangereux333 » Wed Nov 26, 2014 10:38 pm

I'm using Pokertracker 4.11.11 ... I used the feature of exporting hand history... Then have trouble reviewing them... Maybe I'm doing it wrong.... I would like to be able to review the exported hand history with replayer.

But don't know how to go about that... I tried the "import Statstic " feature ... and received an error message ' this Stat was exported from a newer version and can not be imported'

What is the purpose of exporting hand history if I can not review them with replayer ???

Separate question: Not able to install the newer version , 4.12 downloaded from your site... Error message was " this app was downloaded from internet... "

You do not need to export hands in order to replay them - just right click > Replay Hand.

I'm not sure what you mean here? Is this related to hand histories and the replayer, or are you trying to import a custom stat?
If you're trying to import a stat which was created using our current version v4.12 then you'll need to update before you can import it.

We've seen this issue with v4.12 - I believe there was something about the build which caused this. If you re-download and install it it should run, but if you still get that message you can hold the Control key down when you launch it and that will allow you to bypass the security check (if you trust us).
