Observed Hands - PokerStars

Hey there!

I looked up in the forum for an answer, but i couldn't find it.
I've just installed the PT4 in my MAC OS X Yosemite 10.10 and started it with PokerStars.

I tried it with real and play money and it worked fine, however I'm finding trouble in datamining when I'm observing a cash game table.

Does anyone know why?

Thanks!

I know that Data Mining is prohibited, however I read that PokerStars permits 30 hands. Not even that 30 hands I am importing...

In order to import the 30 observed hands you need to enable the 'Memory Grabber' option via Configure > Sites & Import Options > PokerStars.

Are you getting the prompt to put in your OS X password when you start Getting Hands While Playing?

Enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4 and click Get Hands While Playing, then create a support ticket via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. That will give us a lot more information about your setup and help us determine the proper next step for you.
