Problem with PokerTracker 4 missing hands.

Hi,

Pokertracker4 has been missing a large number of hands recently, about 1 in every 40 or so from what i can tell. The weird thing is that when i click on the replayer button on pokerstars the hand does not show up there either, but when i request the hand history for the last 20 hands it is there. So i end up importing the hand manually when i do realise a hand has been missed. I'm not certain it is Pokertracker's fault but any guidance would really be appreciated! I have the latest version of Pokertracker so it is not this.

Please send us a couple of the affected hand history files via our support system and we'll take a look and see what we can do.
