Multiple failures since the new update... It was working for a few hours then since 5 hours I have not been able to use PT4. It always crashes when I try to get hands while playing, after importing a couple of hundred duplicates it crashes (this takes about 20 seconds).

I have rinsed and repeated quite a few times. Anyone else with this problem and if so a response from PT?

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Already sent the log file yesterday... And the problem is still happening

Are you all using Macs?
Do you all play omaha tournaments?

I am seeing a crash importing omaha tournaments on Mac, and the development team are looking into this.
Please do still post your ticket numbers here so that we can check whether you're having the same problem as this.

In the meantime if you want to revert to v4.13.1 you can download the Mac version here.

I am using mac.
The crash happened when I tried to play NLHE and click "Get hands while playing".
For a while, nothing seemed happen. However, before start playing sng, the crash happened.

Does ticket number mean the number I got when I bought PT4?
