Hi,
I am changing computers and would like to know if I can take my data from Macbook to Windows?
If so, how do I do this?

Can I export HH to a stick and then reimport it?

The easiest thing to do is use our
Backup and Restore system. A backup made on OSX will restore on Windows and vice versa.

Can I back up to a memory stick?

Yes - the backup is a single zip file and you can store it wherever you like.
