Hi,

I got a problem here. Every time I click EDIT HUD OPTIONS, PT4 shut down automatically.

Is it because I did not update PT4 to 4.13.3 BETA?

Tks for your attention

That isn't a general problem, and I don't recall ever having that problem on Mac.
What version are you currently running? What version of Mac OSX do you have?

You can update to v4.13.3 here - PT4 Download Page.
Please try that and let us know if you still have the problem?

Tks for reply.

My OSX edition is 10.8.5. And PT4 is 4.13.1.

Excuse me, I am fresh user of PT4. In case that I install the 4.13.1, shall I backup my profile and hand history?

You don't need to do anything before you install the update, but making a Backup is never a bad idea.

Thank you Whiterider, my PT4 has been updated to 4.13.3, but EDIT HUD OPTIONS still lead to crash as before.

I've sent the report generated by system to PT4 SUPPORT.

Hope your people could figure it out.

I don't see any support tickets open under your email address. Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder (open the data folder first before producing the crash).
