I am unable to import hands partypoker (PMU in France) ,the software is installed in English and I followed the tutorial on your site to import hands .
there has a text file that is created but in the hands tracker errors get in only a few hands are present in split pot .
I do not understand why? have you ever encountered this problem?

As far as I know PMU is working - please send us one of these files via our support system and we'll investigate further for you.
