Zoom HUD! :O :O :O (Y)

Hi guys,

Just wanted to say that the Mac Zoom HUD works as expected! Nice little surprise there. Just one question. Will the Zoom HUD work in Zoom tournaments or does it have the same issue that the Windows Zoom HUD has?

Zoom tournament support is not yet available on either Windows or Mac - we're waiting for an update from PokerStars to make that possible.

Downloaded the latest version but zoom HUD is still not workin on italian pokestars client (pokerstars.IT)
Client Version Pokerstars 7 (Build: 10934) Protocol 1.75

You need to check Enable Zoom Hud in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars, then while PokerStars is closed click Get Hands While Playing, then open PokerStars and things should work. Note that as of right now though it only works on cash games.

i did as you say and it still don't work, i also reinstalled ps client without success. i submitted a support request with my log files attached.
last time there was a problem with zoom hud on windows (couple of weeks ago, i'm still using win client with parallels), the fix worked for .com client but not for .it which needed another fix a couple days later, something related with UTF compatibility.
dunno if this could be related at all but i hope it can help.

Anybody it is not working for, restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Does PokerStars.IT have cash games now? The Zoom Hud is not working on tournaments at the moment, pending an update on PokerStars's end.
