Luck Bell Curve Broken

I'm running PT4 on both Mac and Windows (separate databases) but on my Mac DB the luck bell curve graph seems to be broken. Whatever time period I pick, the results are usually very far off the norm and I never see all 3 lines in one screen. The blue flushes line is always missing, and the green straights line is always all the way to the right. It seems to be functioning normally on the PC side. What could be going wrong? Thanks!

Have you imported the same set of hand histories into PT4 on both computers? If you only have a small sample on your Mac then the bell curve could be very different.

No, in fact it's the opposite. My PC database has about 60k hands while my Mac database has over a million hands.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Opened a ticket as a bug report but I don't see the ticket in my account, even though I got an acknowledge email a few days ago.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you - I needed to check with the development team. I'll reply to your ticket now - if you can't see that please let us know here. We recently upgraded our support system and it's possible there's an issue with this particular ticket, although I can see it on our system (it should show in My Account > My Support Tickets with a status of 'Feedback'.

I can see the ticket but I can't respond to it. I keep getting the "internal service error" message.

Ticket #171461. When I try to submit a response, it says "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /user/updateticket/171461 on this server."
