Hello, I have not been able to view PT4 stats of player 'jelIßhIlio' this has been the case since an update by PT4 about 1 or 2 weeks ago

What site and type of game are you playing? If it's Zoom tables please re-download v4.14.7 and run the installer (an update was released with the same version number) and that should help (also make sure that you're using the latest PokerStars version).

For other sites or non-Zoom tables please attach the hand history file to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

This means you need to download and run the PokerTracker v4.14.7 installer from here:

Download PokerTracker 4 Mac

Even if you are already using v4.14.7 you still need to do this (an update was recently released but the version number stayed the same).

You can go to the above link and click the "Show Windows Version" link to get the Windows version - this is the OS X subforum which is why WhiteRider posted that version
