Not being able to authenticate my Gmail account in PokerStars, I decided to cut and paste the email they sent me and import manually. But it is not working. I get multiple errors message such as this one (repeated hundreds of times)

Any ideas? I am on a Mac El Capitan 10.11. And I cut and paste the email contents from PokerStars into a notepad .rtf

Any help appreciated. I am a new user using the trial version of PT4.

You need to save the file as a plain text file - if there is extra formatting (as there will be in a .rtf file) then PT4 won't be able to read it.

Thanks. I guess that should have been obvious but Apple has changed text edit and the save as .txt is buried in the preferences page. Anyway, it worked. Thanks a million - Ryan
