HUD wont appear

hi

pokertracker crashed whilst i was playing (hud was working)

i closed it down and accidentally opened an older version of pt4. i quickly closed it down.

i then opened pokertracker 4.14.7 my hands started importing fine (i think) but my hud doesn't appear.

one thing that could be a problem is i recently purged some old hands.

i really need my hud back :/ any idea?

i opened some cash games and it works, but in tournaments it doesn't come up

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4 start Getting Hands While Playing and play a few hands while you import. If the HUD does not appear, please report this issue via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
