suddenly PT4 not working

there is an error occur and i dont know what is going on, anyone can help here?

Go to Database -> Database Management and run Housekeeping -> Reindex and that may fix things for you - let me know if it doesn't.

still not working after runnning the reindexing…

it still works in mtt, but cg is not working.
even the hud in cg is still showing except cant see my own hud.
anyone can help?

That error is telling you one of your database files is unreadable - which from the behavior you are experiencing, must be a cash game table. Try exporting all of your hands (see this guide for more on exporting), creating a new database and reimporting your hands. Once you have a working database, you can delete the old corrupted one.
