PokerTracker

Hi,

Pokertracker stops responding, it's a clean first install. The other two tabs work fine but when i press the View Stats pane it stops working, it shows a blacked out rectangle in the middle of the window and the apple circle starts spinning. I have left it like this for half an hour and nothing happened. I removed all files, also the library files and reinstalled it. Same thing happens. Did i do something wrong, or do i need to do something? can someone help me. PT4 version is 4.14.13.

It also stops working and shows the black rectangle when i go into database, and then all choices but the database management tab. purge hands window opens en the black rectangle shows up and the apple circle starts spinning. Mac OSX is El Capitan 10.11.4

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4 reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I have the same problem and I've attached my log file.

Your log doesn't show you doing anything beyond starting up PT4 and clicking Show User Data Folder. Please actually recreate the crash and send us the log via our support system.

I have created a ticket and put a new log file.
