PokerTracker

the tracker was working fine during the micro millions on pokerstars , recently it stopped my hud stopped working and now when i start the " get hands while playing " it only imports a select few hands , and when i try to stop getting hands the program won't let me close it because it says its still importing and nothing it going on the get hands while playing button is greyed out

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, then restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
