If I have poker tracker on 2 computers... is there a quick way to sync the database ??

Say laptop and desktop.

I tried to import Stat.

It appears both computers are running PokerTracker v.4.14.18 ... but error message says " The Stat was exported from a newer version"

I think I have had this problem in the past. One of my computer is newer than the other. But that shouldn't cause the problem, should it ?

I don't even know how to uninstall pokertracker ( on mac ) ... should I try uninstall and reinstall ??

The easiest way to transfer your whole database and configuration (including custom stats) is with a Backup/Restore.

The age of the computers wouldn't affect anything - as long as they're running the same version of PT4 you should be able to tranfer stats. Please attach the exported stat to a Support Ticket with a description of the problem or a link to this thread and we'll investigate for you. Is this a stat you exported yourself from the other computer, or did you get it from somewhere else?
