I don't know how to use the ICM calculator. Where is a tutorial ? Thanks,

We don't currently have a tutorial for that. For some further explanation please refer to this thread and if you have any further queries let us know.

I don't understand. Where does it tell me if I should push / fold ? Where do I enter my hole cards ?

PokerTracker 4 can only do the ICM calculations for final table hands and if we know all of the prizes. If that is the case when you replay a hand you will see a green ICM button in the replayer when it is Heros turn. Clicking on that button will give the push/fold suggestion and you can change the hole cards in the suggestion window to see the result for different holecards. You can also adjust your opponent models and ranges via "Configure -> ICM Opponent Models". This allows you to configure the ICM calculations for the games you play depending on how tight/loose your opponents are on average.
