HI everyone

I changed my macbook pro and used the "migration tools" to migrate the data but not the applications/settings ... I reinstall PT4 but have some problem with postgresql: each time I try to run PT4 I get that error "Unable to login to database (postgres). Reason: could not connect to server: No such file or directory Is the server running locally and accepting connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"? "

I tried to take a look on the support but just found info for windows ... any idea ?

That sounds like PostgreSQL is not installed on your system and you'll need to install it manually:

Guide: How to Uninstall/Reinstall PostgreSQL (Mac)

thanks for your reply

As a matter of fact, I believe postgresql is not installed but in that case, is PT not supposed to install it, the first time it's launched ?

I looked at your link, but I almost none files were present on my computer (and I deleted the one I found) and try to reinstall/relaunch PT but same behavior/error ....

Try following the guide once more and then download and install PostgreSQL from here. For the two password boxes you can use "dbpass" (no quotes) which is what PokerTracker 4 uses by default. When the installer says it's finished, take the check mark out of the "Stack Builder" option and click the "Finish" button. Finally reboot your machine and then try PokerTracker 4 again and if you have any further trouble please open a Support Ticket and report your problem.
