Hi:


I have followed the steps : stop 'get hands while playing' , go to 'note tracker' ... select 'purge all automatic notes' then click ' purge' ....

but after all that, the notes are still there....

please advise,

Cash game notes ($) and tournament notes (T) are separated so make sure you have selected the appropriate tab in NoteTracker. If you want to prevent NoteTracker taking notes again then you can set the 'create notes for hands since' date to a date well into the future (pick a date in the year 2099 for example) - this in on the Status tab. Again make sure you do this for the appropriate game type (or both types).
