Stats lost !!

I have pokertracker on iMac and macbook air.... I have had problems before ... was referred to support to open ticket...

somehow support couldn't give me a simple solution like reinstallation ... ...

Today I tried to restore a database from macbook to iMac... not only that didn't work. Stats on my iMac since Dec 3rd can no longer be found..

were they wiped out ?? Too much malfunctioning of your program ... Support has made it far more complicated ... with sets of new instructions every time.

If you restored an old database with the same name over your existing database that could have replaced it, but it's more likely that you have a filter enabled which is hiding some of your data, or you've selected a different player so you're only seeing their hands, or something like that.

Clear any filters in the sidebar (anything in blue is filtered) and also make sure that the 'Show Marked Hands Only' option above the hands report is turned off, and next to that if is says "1 Tag Selected" or more click on that dropdown and turn off any selected tags.

If you still can't see your data please post a screenshot here or in your support ticket so that we can see what is going on.

I think that is what happened here.... one database ( a different one, much smaller ) replaced the main one.

Nobody told me what to look out for ... I didn't think they had the same names.... I didn't assign same name.

I can't even begin to describe how ****ed up this is.

I still don't understand how it happened. I had 1 database on air , 1 on iMac. The one I intended to restore on iMac was not restored.... The one from air , which I didn't even back-up, replaced one on iMac, which was not supposed to be tempered with.

When restoring a database it would not overwrite an existing database unless you explicitly told it to - even if the one being restored had the same name as an existing one it would ask you whether you want to overwrite or rename, so unless you did that please try clearing the filters and if that doesn't help post a screenshot so we can see what is going on.
