PokerTracker

I am trying to make a converter for a site pokertracker does not support (Italys Peoples Poker network (2nd largest in Italy)).
I should be pretty close to a correct file but I am getting this import error and am not able to figure out the cause.
Note: I am converting the original hand history to a pokerstars hand history

What causes it? This is the error:

Could you please elaborate a little?
So only the rake seems to be wrong? How much does it have to be to get a valid HH

The rake was part of the issue but changing that alone did not fix the import error and it only imported after changing other inconsistencies so that the hand more closely resembled a PokerStars hand. I don't know what other specific issues were in the original hand since assisting with converted hands is beyond the scope of our support here.
