Hi guys,

My HUD opens fine and works when tabling BUT will not remember player stats by username.

For example:

Villain i know i have been playing with on and off will not load previous stats but instead assign them (and every other villain) the player name "Player 1" or "Player 2" etc

This also happens to be a huge problem when a villain leaves a table ive been playing, someone else jumps in their seat, and the stats continue to be used for this new villain even though i technically have no hands on them.

Please advise if this is setup problem, program problem or something partypoker does to mask player stats

While you are seeing player names at the tables the player names in the hand history files used by PokerTracker 4 have been anonymised by partypoker - see this partypoker blog post for more details on that. As a result PokerTracker 4 now defaults to show session stats for the anonymous players but it will still track your own results fully (your own name is not anonymous in the histories). The anonymous names only apply to normal cash tables; it doesn't affect tournaments or fast forward tables at this time.
