I downloaded poker tracker 4, I play on giochi telematici, which is a skin of people's poker. I am currently using a MacBook Air, the problem is that when I try to configure poker tracker I can't find where giochi telematici(people's poker save the hand history on my Mac and consequently I can't run poker tracker softare, do you know how to solve this problem?

You may need to contact your site's support to find out where they're saving the hand histories - I'll ask our site liaison if we can confirm whether the Mac version saves hand histories and where they may be too.

The Mac version is saving hand histories within the Application's Contents folder which means that you can't browse to select the folder. I'm talking to our development team to see what is the best way around this.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I'll try to remember to post back here when I have more information but if you want a notification when the fix is released please open a
Support Ticket about the issue.

You can select the app as default path.
Left click + CMD -> on app icon.
Then click on OPEN
The path will be:
/Applications/mgMicrogame.it.app
and then PT4 works

Try moving the application to the Applications folder and see if it works better there? If not, please attach a few of the hand history files to a
Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

CMD - clicking the application doesn't do anything for me when I click Add in site configuration in PT4. Is there something else that you have to do first to enable this?
(I know how to open the application's package contents in Finder, but that doesn't work in the 'Choose Directory' view - all of the applications are disabled / greyed out.)

CMD + Click --> Then compare 4 option, i click on "rename", so the icon became selectable, then i click 2 times on "Open" and path is added.

Thanks - I see that allows us to select the app, but that will mean that PT4 has a lot of extra files to monitor; really we need to be able to select the Contents\MacOS\History folder within the app, so that still isn't ideal (although it may work until we can add a proper solution).
