The PostgreSQL user is the one which starts/stops your PostgreSQL service, handles database housekeeping and basically manages your PostgreSQL installation behind the scenes and it has no computer privileges except for doing those things so that's why you're seeing it on the login screen. If you remove that user it will break your PostgreSQL installation which would cause PokerTracker 4 to stop working however you can
hide that user from your login screen if you'd prefer.
