PokerTracker

Hi all,

Sorry to post in this folder, couldnt see a specific Mac folder?

I am going through the set up process, seems to all be fine.

But I cant find any hand history. I have gone into Pokerstars and checked the folder that it is saving too, even changed it. When when I go into the folder on my mac, there is no data?

When I run the HUD and Pokerstars, the HUD doesnt even appear?

Any help would be amazing?
Getting very frustrated with it all!

Is the option to 'Save My Hand History' enabled in PokerStars via 'Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History'? If that's not the problem then please enable logging, reproduce this problem by playing for a few minutes on a table or two and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
