PT4 not launching

Every time I launch, it crashes before I can see the banner. Tried to reinstall but didn't solve the issue. Any suggestions?

Please enable logging by pressing the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 and once the trouble has been reproduced send us your log file in a Support Ticket so we can investigate that. The log file is called 'PokerTracker4.log' and you can find that file here:

/Users/SOME_NAME/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker 4/PokerTracker4.log

Thanks but somehow after few launches/reinstalls it's working fine now.
