hands not show up in "view statistics"

In "view stats" my tournaments show up in a list but when I click on a tournament the hands don't show up. This just started happening a few days ago, it was working fine before. I went back to tournaments before this started happening and those hands are not showing either

If I go to look at marked hand they are still showing as before.

I am using a mac.

I am fairly new to pt4 so any help would be appreciated.

Above each hand report there is a checkbox labeled 'Show Marked Hands Only' and a drop down for tagging. Make certain that 'Show Marked Hands Only' is unchecked and that the drop down says 'No Tags Selected' by unchecking any checked tags. If that is not the problem right click on the empty report and select "Configure Report". In the window that appears, click "Restore to Default" and then "OK" to see if that fixes things.

i have tried to do that but the option of "no tags" is not available. Attachment included.

The drop down will only say 'No Tags Selected' when no tags being used and you are currently using one tag so click on the 'Tilt' tag (the currently used tag has the black checkmark) and deselect it.
