Pokerstars lagging while running PT4

Hi,
Pokerstars is lagging when I run PT4, even when I'm only one-tabling. My database is only 200 MB, and I have updated to the newest version. Tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Please
enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a
Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I can also second this. once i starting getting hands while playing pokerstars….pokerstars then slows way down and is laggy.
this doenst happen while doing the same for Party poker.

i couldnt send you my log file becaus the support ticket wouldnt allow any files larger than 10.0 MB for some reason…what do i do now?

If you
zip/compress the log file that should make it small enough to attach. If not you can upload the log file to the cloud (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive e.t.c.) and send us the link in a
Support Ticket so we can download it but if you do not have any cloud storage then open the ticket anyway and we will provide further instructions on how you can get your log file to us.

Try disabling the "Memory Grabber" option in PokerTracker 4 via "Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars". If you still have issues after that is disabled please enable logging and the next time the issue occurs send us your log file in a
