PokerTracker

Hi there . need some help with my poker tracker. the days i got some problems with my import and hud . then it runs a little while maybe 1-2 days . but now it end after 10 sek and shutdown .
anybody an idea ? btw its a mac

This has been caused by the new 'Split Holdem' games on PokerStars and we have an alpha version of PokerTracker 4 available which blocks the import of these hands since they are not compatible with the current database structure. If you want to be automatically notified when that's available and/or have access to this alpha version then please open a Support Ticket. In the meantime you shouldn't use PokerTracker 4 while playing these games and manually move any Split Holdem hand histories from your PokerStars folder to your 'Processed' folder (or another location) before using PokerTracker 4 again.

thats true .yesterday was the first time i played this new shit and after this it crushes
