Zoom hud not working on new release!
Posted: Wed May 02, 2018 9:06 amThe zoom hud worked 1week ago on pokerstars but now when i updatet it doesnt work anymore!
I am not aware of any issue like this with the new update. Are your hands still importing? Please make sure that PokerStars is still saving your hands:

If the issue is just with the Zoom HUD then make sure your PokerStars.app is located in your Applications folder. If you need any further help press/hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your 'PokerTracker4.log' file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window.
