PokerTracker

Hello,

Im using poker tracker now for about 3 months(yeah im just a newby). In the first month i knew how i could get hand historys from tournaments I've played and i could review them. But today i would do it again and i can't find any of my played poker hands in the hand history. I can find the tournaments that i played but when i click the tournaments the hands don't pop up. Could somebody help me to fix tis??

In a report which shows your individual hands there are filters at the top for tagged hands so make sure that 'Show Marked Hands Only' is unchecked and that the drop down next to it says "No Tags Selected" by selecting it and unchecking any checked tags. If that's not the issue try resetting the report to default by right clicking on the empty report and choosing 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and click 'OK'. If none of that helps then please attach a screenshot here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on (get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything).
