Why am I occasionally prompted to run setup-assistant??

Hoping someone can help. Approx every 3-4 weeks, when I open PT4, I'm prompted to re-setup my database. Why is this happening and what needs to be done to prevent this?

In PokerTracker 4 select "Configure -> Options", enable the "Logging Enabled" option and then the next time this happens please send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log':
