Unable to add Ignition as a site?

Just purchased the latest version of PT4 because I read that I can track my stats as an Ignition player. However, in the set up assistant, I haven't been able to add ignition as a site, even after downloading the Hand Grabber app. Can someone please help me with this?

At this time it isn't possible for the Hand Grabber to support Mac OSX but if you want us to contact you if we can add support in a future version then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.
