Since updating, I've had multiple problems, including HUD not working, miscategorizing tournaments as cash games, and errors during hand history import. At the end of most tourneys, it says "there are a large number of hand histories to import" and brings up at dialog to import them.

I'm submitting a ticket for it.

I've seen people post on the main site that they've downgraded to a earlier version that behaves. On the other hand, I did see an update message that said it's going to a new version of the database that is not backward compatible.

If anyone is having the same problem, or has a solution, feel free to followup...

PS I'm Mac OS 10.13.6, playing on ACR

There is a bug in the latest version of the ACR (Winning Poker Network) software for Mac, which means that the tournament hand histories they write are missing some vital information. Until they fix this we cannot import the tournament hands correctly, but they should not be importing as cash of course and we have that in our system to be fixed so we'll be able to link your ticket to notify you when we resolve that, if WPN do not fix their hand histories in the meantime.

Reverting to an earlier version of PT4 will not help because the error is in the hand histories.
