Hi,

I have PT4 since the last year but tonight when i try to open PT4, i received a error message which said " Unable to login to database (poster). Reason FATAL: Password Authentification failed for user "postgre". I tried to Unistalle/Reinstalle PT4 and PostGreSQL several times and i tried to use the password "dbpass" but i have the same problem. Is it a problem with the Session "PostgreSQL" ?
If a DL the last version of PostGreSQL (PostGreSQL 11.0), i have the same problem, can I fix this problem ? What can i do ?

If you cannot recall the password that was used when PostgreSQL was installed you can follow this guide to override the password requirement.
