PokerTracker

Hi guys, Help needed
I can have the HUD working on poker stars, but when i try to use it on Party Poker the HUD is not showing up, i had followed the tutorial but still not working.
Can anyone plese help...much appreciated

Make sure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 and that your partypoker software is installed in English. Also if you are playing Fast Forward then the HUD is not supported on Mac OSX due to the way that operating system works. If you need further assistance press/hold the 'Alt/Option' key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket with a screenshot or two:

Tutorial: Reporting A Problem

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
