PokerTracker

Hey,

Any idea why the hud doesn't display? It works on other rooms though.

It's partypoker.FR so we still have hand history, and they are well recognised and imported by the software, however the hud doesn't display for some reasons.I've played a dozen of hands and it just won't load.

You are using an old version of PokerTracker 4 so please update it:

Download PokerTracker 4 Mac

If that doesn't fix things then please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
