PostGreSQL data base unable to connect to PT4

Hi team,

I've followed the tutorial on how to re-install Postgre data base. I've removed previous data bases and installed new version 11.5 (also tried 10.10) and it seems that it did not recognise an active database and it is not creating one to link to PT4.

Previously, when downloading PT4 it also installed Postgree during installation process.

Why I am not receiving it now and how can I fix this?

Thanks,

Please make sure all elements of any previous PostgreSQL installs have been removed before reinstalling it. To do that you can follow this tutorial and then manually download and install PostgreSQL from here (v9.3 is our recommend version at this time). Using a Mac administrator account or administrative privileges install that PostgreSQL and for the password boxes use "dbpass" (no quotes) which is what PokerTracker 4 uses by default. If PostgreSQL installs successfully restart your computer and then try PokerTracker 4 again but if it doesn't install or you have any other trouble please let us know in a Support Ticket with your PokerTracker and PostgreSQL log files:

Thank you team, all settled.

It was probably due to the postgreeSQL version.
