PokerTracker

I’ve been playing mostly cash games and just recently started playing tournaments. I’m playing mostly on 888. Sometimes pokertracker doesn’t come up - I’ve only noticed this on tournaments with larger buy-ins than I had been playing. Is this just the way it is, or is something wrong?

You have a small stakes license so higher stakes tournaments (over $22 buy-in) won't import. If you want to upgrade your license to support all stakes please visit the Upgrade Page.

Ok I bought the upgrade, but I’ve just played a couple of higher entry tournaments and the HUD display came up, but instead of the player name there was just a “-“. All of the statistics were blank, too. Is there something i need to turn on or something? I had a look but couldn’t find anything.

Try rebuilding the database cache - go to Database > Database Management > Rebuild Cache > Full Cache Rebuild. This could take a while if you have a large database so make sure you run it when you aren't going to be using PT4 for a while.
