PokerTracker

Hi, as most users I had the problem passing in 2020.....since then, everything was working good.
I downloaded the upgrade, and no more PT4 for me. It started showing "unable to connect to this database etc...."
I tried to follow suggestion that I saw in other posts......but nothing seems working.....
I already went to "terminal" (copy and paste the line)......still.....don't find database.....what can I do?

So we can see what's happening here please press/hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce this issue and send your PokerTracker 4 log file and PostgreSQL log files to us in a Support Ticket and one of our technicians can assist you:

--> /Users/{Mac Login}/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker 4/Logs/PokerTracker4.log
