PokerTracker

Hi All

Since the new Aurora is the only option on pokersrars now i have found that Poker tracker 4 HUD does not find the active tables and when it does then after a few hands it freezes, i have been in touch with support but not resolved as yet, seems to work ok at times when only playing one table but not always.

Is there anyone else out there having the same issues, i am running on the latest mac software and the latest PT4. Pokerstars say ts a PT4 issue as they are a 3rd party

any help greatly appreciated

A technician should be replying to you later today however please note that there is a 10MB limit on file size for attachments so the PokerTracker4.log file you sent didn't arrive so you will need to zip/compress that log file and send it again (the 'PokerTrackerHUD4.log' you sent which was zipped arrived fine but the other log file is the most important one).
