PokerTracker

Hello,
Before choosing a table to play at Pokerstars, I always watch it over a dozen or so hands. On PC, pokertracker4 shows the HUD next to players and saves hands with no problem, but when I play on MAC, this is only visible after joining the game. I have English in the lobby. The problem occurs in cash games and tournaments. Please help.

The limited number of observed hands that PokerStars allow to be imported is done using the 'Memory Grabber' option in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars' however this is not available on Mac OSX due to the difference in how that operating system works compared to Windows.
