hello, I can.t rebuild cache

Hi guys , I recently updated to the last version of pt4 , I followed some stept to manually unistall /reinstall vs hero pack and now when I try to rebuild cache I get a huge error .. like as the same size of my monitor ) .Talked to support guys from pokertracker send them the logs and they say that it.s something on your end . Could you please help me resolving this problem ? thanks a lot . I post here a screenshot of the error .. I mean .. only a part of it because it.s too big ).Also , in my hud profiles I have 2 popups with heatmaps , both different versions , and I can.t delete them.
