No Activation for my Elite HUD

two days ago i purchased the Elite HUD Pro.
The support has written a mail, my PT4-Serial doesnt exist in the PT4-Database. I try to answer this mail with the correct Mail and serial, but gmail tells me yesterday, that this mail cant delivered.
What should i do now? I cant use the purchased product...
