PT4 cannot start

I switched to one of the default HUDS, Pokertracker froze. I rebooted. Now I cannot start PT4. I get the message that "A version of Pokertracker is Already Running. PLease remove my account and give me info in regards to uninstalling so I can get PT4 to run.
