HUD not popping up

I state to start that I'm ignorant.
That being said, I followed the setup instructions provided in my email this morning. I popped up a SnG on ACR just to give it a look, and see how it plays, and I've got nothing happening, just my old HUD.

Is it that
a) It doesn't work on SnGs
b) Doesn't work on ACR
c) I'm an idiot.
